Repair Policy

Accordions left for service will be checked over and given a repair estimate. Customers will be contacted via phone or email to discuss the estimate before repairs commence, unless a go ahead was already given. Customers will not be charged for repairs covered by the warranty.

Accordion repairs will be completed within 30 days of receipt unless stated otherwise. Average repair time is usually 1-2 weeks or sooner for minor repairs.  

Customers will be notified when repairs are completed and ready to be picked up or shipped out. Accordions that were repaired or not given a go ahead, must be picked up within 30 days of notification. A storage fee of $25/month will be charged if an accordion is not picked up during the allotted time.

Any repair costs or storage costs associated with an accordion must be paid in full before it can leave the store.
