Shipping policy

 

All accordions are checked over to ensure they are fully functioning before packing.

Shipping will be carried out by Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. If a specific carrier or service is desired, contact us for a quote as additional charges may apply. All PO Box addresses will be shipped with Canada Post. In stock products are shipped out within 1-3 business days of full payment. Delivery time is estimated to be between 5-7 business days. However, shipping delays are possible due to factors beyond our control.

Products Damaged Through Shipping:

Although a rare occurrence, accordions that are mishandled in transit can be subject to damage. In the event that this occurs, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any problems in a timely manner.
