Refund policy
Products may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receiving them. Returned products must be in their original condition and include all the original accessories and packaging material. There will be an additional charge for products that are not returned in their original condition and/or with missing accessories and materials.
Customers are responsible for paying any return shipping costs. A tracking number must be provided and insurance coverage is recommended. Returned products that are damaged from shipping will be assessed and any loss of value will be deducted from the return. If this occurs with your returned product, you will be contacted as soon as possible and given the proper documentation in order to make a claim.
Any shipping costs that are associated with the initial purchase of the product will be subtracted from the refund and all products are subject to a 5% processing fee.
Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment, once a returned product is approved.
Contact us by email or phone before proceeding with a return. An item must be shipped out with a tracking number or returned in person within 7 days of receipt to qualify.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as damaged goods unrelated to shipping, items bought over an extended period of time and items that were special ordered or customized as per customer request. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
